ROBERT LUBBERDING

Robert is an international expert in transformational leadership and realizing business transformation.

As a trusted advisor and sparring partner he supports CXO’s and their teams to get clarity and commitment in direction, ambition, and strategy, and how to scale, orchestrate, and speed up strategy execution.

As an executive coach he facilitates their personal and team leadership transformation, focussing on strengthening role model behavior. He builds trust and courage amongst the team members, addresses the underlying behavioural patterns, offers new perspectives and enables the team to shift the team dynamics to improve their performance

and get the best from everyone.

Robert combines strategy execution and leadership development in approaches that scale and multiply the transformation throughout the organisation, unlocking the collective intelligence to get results delivered. In proven leader-led approaches people take ownership to address and resolve critical issues in the organisation, conduct courageous conversations to create breakthroughs in business performance, and accelerate strategy execution.

His core area of expertise includes executive and leadership coaching, team development, orchestrating organisational change and transformation, leadership development, talent management, organisational governance, change management, program management, and strategy execution.

Robert worked on major transformation programs for a wide variety of companies in Europe and America. Industries include amongst others: Education, Engineering, Financial Services, FMCG, Manufacturing, Professional Service Firms, Process Industry, and Retail.

Over time he has been working in a number of different roles as a trusted advisor, sparring partner, executive coach, strategy consultant, change orchestrator, the facilitator (incl. large scale programs), trainer, train the trainer, and program manager.
