Fred is an international expert in leading high impact change, focusing on (collective) leadership and business performance of individuals, teams, and organizations.

His passion is to work with individuals and teams creating sustainable change and impact, thus enhancing business performance. His style is warm, energetic, and pragmatic, creating safe environments to learn. The answers are in the system, so it is about mobilizing the right energy. With his business background and global experience in diverse cultures he easily connects with individuals and groups.

Fred made his career within line and staff functions in leading global service providers. He held senior positions in Marketing/ Sales/ Operations and General management. He worked in over 22 countries and lived abroad for over 6 years. Core regions being the Middle East, Africa, and APAC.

Throughout his career Fred always had a passion for leadership development and executive coaching. Alongside his day to day job he specialized in the facilitation of behavioural leadership interventions, coaching, training design with a focus on next-generation learning and learning technology.  His passion made him decide to pursue this further as a full-time career.

As a coach he relates easily, due to his business background, to clients’ context and challenges. Empathic, confronting, ability to achieve lasting breakthroughs beyond what people initially imagined themselves.

He holds a degree in  Mechanical Engineering, Didactics, Business Administration, and an MBA in General Management.  His coaching education he received via CCL. As an executive coach, Fred is certified in Strength scope, TPP, Firo-B, and Insights Discovery. In the last couple of years he also specialized in physical and mental resilience.

Fred works in Dutch, English, and German.
