Robert is an international expert in leading business transformation. His core area of expertise includes executive coaching, teambuilding, culture change, leadership development, talent management, change management, organisational governance, programme management and strategy execution. Robert Lubberding was partner at several professional services firms, where he was responsible for the People and Change practice, locally and internationally.
Robert guides senior leaders and their teams in creating high strategic impact. He combines strategy and leadership development in change approaches that align and engage people in the organisation, and focuses on building a leadership capability that fosters a culture of high performance and getting things done. In his consulting work, Robert also draws on his personal and practical experience of leading his own practices and being a member of the Management Board in Consulting firms through upturns and downturns for more than two decades.
He worked on major change programmes for a wide variety of companies in Europe and America. Industries include amongst others: Education, Engineering, Financial Services, FMCG, Manufacturing, Professional Service Firms, Process Industry and Retail.
Over time he has been working in a number of different roles as board room advisor, executive coach, strategy consultant, change architect, facilitator (incl. large scale programmes), trainer, train the trainer and program manager.
